Fantastic experience!

The room was quiet and well decorated. It also included guest amenities, a Nespresso machine and shortbread cookies. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and beyond friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.
The main light in the room was missing. This made the room quite dark, especially on days with no sun, inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay with a Minor Issue

The staff members were helpful . They addressed requests promptly
The room lacked sufficient lighting. It was noticeably dim even during daylight hours. This made tasks such as reading or working difficult. Better lighting is necessary for the room.
